How do I reset my progress?
Your progress lives on your account and is synced to our servers. To start fresh, delete your account from the app (Profile → About → "Delete account and data"): the deletion is immediate and permanent, and a new profile is created the next time you play. Uninstalling the app only removes local data.
Are my opponents real people?
Matchmaking looks for a human opponent first. If none is available within a few seconds, you play against a folklore character controlled by the game — always clearly labeled as such, never disguised as a real player.
Can I buy stronger cards?
No — everything in the Bottega is cosmetic. Gameplay is never for sale.
Does the game need an internet connection?
Briscola Heroes is an online game: matches against real players, rankings, clans and seasonal events all need a connection. If you're offline, the app still lets you play against a folklore character controlled by the game — but the real match is online.
